1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Sudoku - Origin
(package com.cosmouniverse.sudoku, the “App”) handles information. The App
is a single-player Sudoku game. It does not require an account, does not ask for your
name, email, or contact details, and does not build a personal profile about you.
2. Information We Collect
When you consent (see Section 5), the App collects anonymous analytics to understand how the game is played and to attribute app installs. We do not collect the contents of your gameplay beyond the aggregate events listed below.
2.1 Device and advertising identifiers
The analytics providers below may process device identifiers and, on iOS, the advertising identifier (IDFA). The IDFA is used only if you allow tracking through the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt; if you decline, no IDFA is used and measurement continues without it.
2.2 Gameplay events
The App records the following anonymous events and parameters:

We also record two anonymous user properties: your preferred difficulty and whether dark mode is enabled. Advertising-related consent signals (ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization) are always set to denied — the App serves no ads and builds no advertising profile.
3. Third-Party SDKs
The App uses the following analytics services, which act as data processors:
- Google Firebase Analytics — product analytics. See the Firebase Privacy and Security page and the Google Privacy Policy.
- AppsFlyer — mobile attribution and marketing measurement. See the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.
4. How We Use the Information
The information is used solely to improve the game (for example, understanding which difficulties are popular and where players complete or abandon puzzles) and to measure the effectiveness of app installs. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles about you.
5. Consent and Your Choices
- In-app consent: On first launch the App shows a consent screen. Analytics collection begins only if you tap Accept. If you tap Decline, analytics collection is disabled. You can change this decision at any time under Settings → Analytics.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency: On iOS, a system prompt asks whether the App may track you across apps and websites. Declining prevents the use of the advertising identifier (IDFA).
6. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained by the third-party providers according to their own default retention settings and policies (linked in Section 3). We do not operate our own analytics database and do not retain a separate copy of these events.
7. Your Rights (GDPR / EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because the App collects only anonymous, non-identifying analytics, we may be unable to link data to an individual; where a provider can act on such a request, you may also contact them directly using the links in Section 3. To exercise your rights or ask a question, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law in your region, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

com.cosmouniverse.sudoku, 이하 “본 앱”)이 정보를 어떻게 취급하는지 설명한다. 본
앱은 1인용 스도쿠 게임으로서, 계정을 요구하지 않으며 이름·이메일·연락처를 수집하지 않고
이용자에 대한 개인 프로필을 생성하지 않는다.
2. 수집하는 정보
이용자가 동의한 경우(제5항 참조), 본 앱은 게임 이용 방식을 파악하고 앱 설치를 어트리뷰션하기 위해 익명 분석 데이터를 수집한다. 아래에 열거한 집계성 이벤트를 넘어서는 이용 내역은 수집하지 않는다.
2.1 기기 식별자 및 광고 식별자
아래의 분석 제공자는 기기 식별자와, iOS에서는 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 처리할 수 있다. IDFA는 iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 프롬프트에서 추적을 허용한 경우에만 사용되며, 거부한 경우 IDFA를 사용하지 않고 측정이 계속된다.

아울러 두 가지 익명 이용자 속성, 즉 선호 난이도와 다크 모드 사용 여부를 기록한다. 광고 관련 동의 신호(광고 저장, 광고 이용자 데이터, 광고 개인화)는 항상 거부 상태로 설정한다 — 본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않으며 광고 프로필을 생성하지 않는다.
3. 제3자 SDK
본 앱은 다음의 분석 서비스를 이용하며, 이들은 데이터 처리자로서 기능한다.

- AppsFlyer — 모바일 어트리뷰션 및 마케팅 측정. AppsFlyer 서비스 개인정보처리방침을 참조한다.
4. 정보의 이용
수집한 정보는 오직 게임 개선(예: 어떤 난이도가 선호되는지, 이용자가 어느 지점에서 퍼즐을 완료하거나 중단하는지 파악)과 앱 설치 효과 측정을 위해서만 이용된다. 당사는 이용자의 데이터를 판매하지 않으며, 이용자에 대한 광고 프로필을 생성하는 데 사용하지 않는다.
5. 동의 및 이용자의 선택권
- 인앱 동의: 최초 실행 시 본 앱은 동의 화면을 표시한다. 분석 수집은 이용자가 수락(Accept)을 선택한 경우에만 시작된다. 거부(Decline)를 선택하면 분석 수집이 비활성화된다. 이 결정은 설정 → Analytics에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있다.
- iOS 앱 추적 투명성: iOS에서는 앱이 다른 앱 및 웹사이트에 걸쳐 이용자를 추적하는 것을 허용할지 묻는 시스템 프롬프트가 표시된다. 이를 거부하면 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 사용되지 않는다.
6. 데이터 보관
분석 데이터는 제3자 제공자의 자체 기본 보관 설정 및 정책(제3항의 링크 참조)에 따라 보관된다. 당사는 자체 분석 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않으며, 이들 이벤트의 별도 사본을 보관하지 않는다.
7. 이용자의 권리 (GDPR / EEA 및 영국)
유럽 경제 지역 또는 영국에 거주하는 이용자는 개인정보의 처리에 대해 접근·정정·삭제·제한·반대의 권리와 데이터 이동권을 가진다. 본 앱은 익명의 비식별 분석 데이터만을 수집하므로 데이터를 특정 개인과 연결하지 못할 수 있으며, 제공자가 해당 요청을 처리할 수 있는 경우 제3항의 링크를 통해 제공자에게 직접 문의할 수도 있다. 권리 행사나 문의는 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있다.
8. 아동
본 앱은 이용자가 속한 지역의 관련 법령이 정하는 연령 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 당사는 아동으로부터 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않는다.

당사는 본 방침을 수시로 갱신할 수 있다. 중요한 변경 사항은 상단의 “최종 수정일”을 갱신하여 반영한다.
